Escape from Tarkov Scav Runs: Fence Is a Timer
Tarkov scav karma decides how often you can run free kits. Killing scavs for a pistol is paying with your cooldown.
Your scav is a free raid
Extract with what spawned. A scav that lives prints rubles. A scav that dies for a PMC’s dogtag prints a cooldown.
If PMCs are fighting, you are loot, not a third team. Leave unless you have a shotgun and a door.
Do not shoot scavs for sport
Fence remembers. Boss scavs and player scavs are different problems. Check VOIP and names before you tap a silhouette.
Car extracts and cooperation extracts exist. Use them when the kit is already a win.
PMC time is for quests
Scavs are for fuel, hideout, and cheap guns. Do not run your only meta ammo on a scav unless the raid is already a jackpot.
If your scav cooldown is long, you already paid. Play the PMC while you wait instead of alt-tab tilting.
