Palworld Expeditions: Send the Right Jobs
Palworld expeditions fail when you send combat legends to gather wood. Job skills are the expedition.
Read the expedition tag
Mining expeditions want mining. Fighting expeditions want combat. Palworld is not subtle. Match the skill or waste the timer.
Keep a dedicated expedition box. Mixing them with base workers makes you send the planter by accident.
Level is a threshold
Underleveled pals fail or return hurt. Check the recommended level. A cute pal at level 8 is not a dungeon team.
Heal them when they return. Sending injured pals again is how you lose a breeding parent.
Loot is for the next craft
Expedition ores should feed the next sphere or the next base upgrade. Sitting on 400 stone while the palbox is tiny is a planning miss.
If PvP is on, do not send your only legend. Keep a backup at base.
