A boxed legendary with no work skill is a statue. Catch a common with the skill. Production is the meta.
Keep a night crew. Palworld bases idle while you sleep in real life if nobody is assigned.
Food is uptime
Hungry pals stop working. Farms must feed the workers. A loop that does not feed itself collapses.
If raids hit, pull combat pals to the gate, then put workers back. Do not leave the planter on defense forever.
