Siege rounds die on dry peeks. A drone that finds the real site is worth more than a 1.5 K/D on a wrong execute.
First drone is for site, not kills
Confirm the bombsite and the rotate. Flick shots on a drone cam are ego. Rainbow Six Siege executes need a picture.
If you lose both drones in prep, you are playing yellow. Slow down. Default until someone gets a new cam.
Save one drone for the execute
A drone in the site during plant is a teammate. Driving it into a mute jammer for fun is how you plant blind.
Attackers should call hatches and default cams. Silent drones help nobody.
Defenders drone too
A well-placed cam on flank beats an extra reinforce on a wall nobody plays. Siege is information with guns.
If you roam, your drone should tell you when to leave. Dying for a spawn peek after you already got the info is a throw.
