War Thunder
War Thunder Air Realistic: Keep Your Energy
Air RB in War Thunder is altitude and speed, not a turn fight against a better turner. Boom, extend, repeat.
Climb on spawn, do not sideclimb into a trap
Get speed and altitude before you look for a highlight dive. The first player who dives from low energy becomes the first wreck.
If your plane is a BnZ fighter, do not turn with a Zero. One pass, extend, climb back. War Thunder physics is not a suggestion.
The merge is a choice
Head-ons with cannons are coin flips. Offset, take a deflection shot, keep speed. Team fights go to the side with more altitude left.
Watch your six after a kill. Tunnel vision on a bomber is how a teammate’s target farms you.
Ground targets are bait
If the ticket lead needs bases, send one player. Whole teams diving AI is how enemy fighters get free altitude.
Land only if you must. A damaged plane that RTBs with a kill is still a win. A dead ace is a respawn timer.
