War Thunder

War Thunder Ground RB: Take the First Cap Clean

Ground Realistic in War Thunder is decided in the first minute. Spawn choice and hull-down beats a rushed hill peek.

War Thunder tanks fighting over a capture point in Ground Realistic

Spawn looking at the cap you can actually hold

If your tank is slow, do not contest the far cap. Take the near point and let faster lights scout. War Thunder repair costs punish ego first deaths.

Use bushes and hull-down folds. A peek that shows only your turret is a live tank. A full-side peek is a fire.

Do not farm the same ridge twice

After you get a kill, relocate. Spawn campers pre-aim the last bush you used. Ground RB players remember silhouettes.

If CAS is up, sit in a barn or under trees. Open field repairs are how bombers finish a good game.

Cap, then look, then cap again

Sitting in a circle without watching flanks loses the ticket lead. One teammate caps while another watches the common push road.

If the enemy already owns two points, reset with your team. Solo capping B while A and C fall is a highlight for the other team.
